Founded by Lisa Harris, Telco Wiz was born out of a passion for better customer service and a more expansive offering in Carrier Sales. We didn’t like forcing a customer into a company that just didn’t fit. Instead, we wanted a broader offering (kind of like an Insurance Broker), where we could sell all Carriers but find the best fit for you. We really wanted to take the stress out of Carrier shopping for you. A year later, we added phone systems because it just made sense.. Phones and Carrier service go hand in hand. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Lisa recognized the need for a consultancy that not only understood the complexities of telecom but also prioritized personalized service and integrity.
