They use a private IP network and softswitch technology to deliver high quality, affordable communications services. Unlike many VoIP companies who use the Public Internet to transport voice calls, where quality is "best efforts" and highly dependent on their broadband Internet connection, voice calls with Cbeyond travel over a dedicated IP connection and never touch the Public Internet; allowing Cbeyond to manage the Quality of Service and achieve 99.999% availability.

Telco Wiz works with lots of SIP providers to accommodate our VoIP Phone Systems. We love working with SIP because of the functionality and ease. Fiber is a great product when fiber is in the area because it is cost effective and fast! Broadband such as Charter and Comcast are a good fit in some cases as well.
